Hello! Welcome to my blog :) Thank you for taking the time to visit and I hope that you enjoy looking around my photographs.My name is Kimberley, I live in the East Midlands, UK, and I ♥ cake! Cake decorating is a hobby of mine, having taken my first class in the autumn of 2009.
I had an interest in baking and cake decorating for a couple of years before finding a class that I could attend.
I signed up for a ten week evening course at a local community college and have since signed up to each of the following courses. I am currently studying to gain a City & Guilds Level 1 qualification in Confectionery, I began the course in October 2011.
Once I have improved my skills, I hope to be able to sell cakes and other treats as a small business alongside my day time job. Perhaps, one day, I will not need the day time job anymore!
